Jessica & Jeff - A Reno Wedding
We got married at Lavender Ridge in Reno, NV. It was a late afternoon wedding. I wanted to get some photos with the light coming threw. Which I did they were very pretty. I got my bridesmaids get ready kimonos off Etsy which came out really cute too. My dress was a sweetheart fit and flare lace piece. My favorite was the double strand pearl necklace with a brooch clasp. I found simple matching earrings at charming Charlie's. The necklace really made my outfit. I didn't wear a veil so I needed something to dress me up just a little more and it was a perfect piece. Our close friend was our officient. He made it light, funny and all about us and the wonderful meaning of choosing to be together. I loved my photographer. She was sweet, wonderful and very talented. I got great photos from her. She captured moments I completely forgot about or never knew happened. ( Reaneyphotography) then we spent the rest of the evening eating, dancing and enjoying each others company. For us it was about all the great people in our lives that meant so much to us. Most of them shaped the people we are today and are the reason Jeff and I are together. We wanted to thank them for everything over the years. I think we accomplished that. We had little things that made it really special for me. Small butterfly's around the centerpieces to remember my aunt and other family members who have passed away. A beautiful ivory satin flower sash that I was going to wear but it was just not right for me but looked beautiful on my sister who was also my maid of honor. And my favorite piece on me was my " Lynne " Necklace from White Tulip Boutique. A lovely double strand of pearls with a brooch clasp. It was something new and it went with the look I was creating perfectly.
